Janani Silks provide a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. 

If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our website itself.
However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return should be initiate from your side within 2 days and need to share the tracking details withus.
  • once received the parcel from our side, we will make sure of defection, then we will initiate the refund process.
  • Product has to be in original & unused state
  • We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • if you are returning the product that was purchased through Cash on Delivery (cod), 10% charges will be consumed from the grand total.

NOTE: We do not offer returns on bulk orders.

We are not suppose to accept return :

  •  if the product is customized like embroidery designs, adding pockets in the dhotis, stone work in the blouse, ready to use sarees, family combo stitching.
